Remex PWS-100 Fully Automatic Pocket Spring Machine

"Original Remex"  Fully automatic Pocket Spring coiling machine for the automatic production of pocket-spring tapes.

The machine is designed to produce endless pocket spring tapes. Each coil is heat-treated (if require) and fully automatically packed into an automatically produced, ultra sonic welded non-wooven pocket and cut off in different tape length. Producing between 85 to 95 springs per minute. (depending on spring)
