Automatic assembly machine for  "Bonnell" type innersprings Both helices are automatically trimmed on all four laterals without any wastage of helical wire. Special devices allow for quick change-over to a different unit width.

Helical wire gauge:	1.3mm  -  1.4mm
- Spring diameter inside:	75mm   -  85mm (other sizes available on request)
- Spring heights:	75mm   -  160mm
- Working width:	2000mm

Output / Production:

Normally approx. 35,000 to 40,000 spring per shift.

Machine equipped with:

- Jaws:	15 each top and bottom
- Left-hand knuckling device, Model VSL:	included
- Right-hand cutting and bending device, Model VSR:	included
- Helical wire reels:	2 (for top & bottom helicals)
