Remex BC-90 Automatic Spring-Coiling Machine.

"Original Remex" BC-90 machine is a fully automatic forming, cutting, knotting, heat-treating and stacking  "Bonnell" type springs.

The BC-90 is combining a new machine generation, especially designed for the production of "Bonnell" type springs. All moving parts are driven electromechanically and the machine is therefore operating without any use of compressed air. The concept of the machine does combine the ergonomic requirements of a modern production. The easy readable display does allow the operator to activate all functions of the machine directly on and from the panel. The most common spring shapes can be produced on the BC-90 at a speed of approx 100 springs per minute.

Any faults can be quickly identified and rectified by means of the fault indication on the display. Thanks to the automatic central lubricating system, the machine is less susceptible to break downs and maintenance is kept to a minimum.

By means of the defined Start-Stop operation of the constantly preloaded feed rollers, a very high standard of accuracy and reproducibility of the wire length is achieved. Because of the achieved precise wire lengths the error tolerance during coiling and knotting is kept to a minimum. Directly on the display the required wire lengths are infinitely adjustable. The knotting heads are designed to produce infinite adjustable end ring-Ø from 60mm to 90mm. Thanks to the use of 9 arms on the rotating drive, a very smooth running of the machine is guaranteed.
