S24 Carousel Splitting Machine
The Automatic Circular Splitting and Stacking Machine S 24 is used to split flexible PU foam blocks into thin layers in a highly efficient and economic way.
The cut sheets remain lying on the block and are stacked one onto another. This allows for an automatic and unattended cutting procedure of the machine. A substantial increase of capacity compared with the horizontal cutting machines equipped with sliding table can be achieved, since due to the rotating circular table, the return stroke after each cut is eliminated.
