R24 Peeling Machine
The R24 machine is normally used for exceptionally heavy duty peeling of reconstituted rubber and similar materials.
Features
Peeling machines are used for the economical and efficient production of long thin foils in a very limited space. The material is presented to the machine in cylindrical form and rotated. The peeled foil is continuously wound up by the wind-up machine R58 or R59.
Materials to be cut
The R24 heavy duty Peeling Machine is used to produce endless slabs and foils from reconstituted bonded rubber, granulated rubber, granulated PVC, polyurethane elastomer and similar materials. Two versions of the machine are available, the R14 Peeling Machine with a mechanical change of layer thickness and the R24 with electronic pre-selection.
