H42A Horizontal Bandknife Splitting Machine

The Horizontal Bandknife Splitting Machine H 42 A includes three machine variations:

• Version 1 as basic model with conveyor belt for the splitting of slabs in forward and reverse motion
  
  
• Version 2 as model with additional return conveyor for the splitting of slabs in forward and reverse motion and for the splitting of long endless slabs in a circular manner
  
  
• Version 3 as model with return conveyor and rotary loop attachments for the splitting of slabs in forward and reverse motion/ splitting of long, endless slabs in a circular manner/ splitting of slabs or of long material in a circular manner.

Materials to be cut

• Blocks and slabs made of expanded rubber ("Neoprene"), natural and synthetic, open and closed cell foams, sponge rubber, "EVA", PE foam, PVC foam, cellular Vulkollan and felt, furthermore foam plastics and similar materials with a Shore hardness in the range of 30-70 degrees Scale A as well as semi-rigid PU foam or rebond foam
