H32 Fully Automatic Splitting Machine
The Fully Automatic Splitting Machine H 32 is used to split blocks and slabs into thin sheets. The slabs are put onto the adhesive conveyor belt. During the advance movement the circulating bandknife splits the block into the requested layer thicknesses.
The cut layers are either directly taken off after the splitting process or wound up as roll goods by means of the winding-up device A 1.The control of the cutting lengths is realized via light barriers. The movement of the conveyor belt is automatically limited according to the length of the block.

Blocks and slabs made of heavy PU foam as well as rebond foam up to a density of 200 kg/m³, furthermore Basotect and similar materials
