H24A Fully Automatic Horizontal Splitting Machine
The fully automatic splitting machine model H24A is used to split blocks and slabs with a Shore hardness in the range 30 - 70 degrees Scale 'A'. The slabs are held in place by a vacuum table.
During the automatic feed of the table the block is split into the requested layer thicknesses. Depending on the length of the vacuum table the number of blocks to be cut can be varied. The cut layers are directly taken off after the splitting process.
Fecken-Kirfel make a range of heavy duty splitting machines according to customers' requirements. They can be supplied with either a table or conveyor belt according to need and can be incorporated into an automatic cutting line - for example including splitting, integrated stacker A6, shuttle conveyor and F52 Vertical Contour machine.
