FK F62 Vertical CNC Contour Cutting Machine

Because of its fast cutting speed and with the increasing need for contour cuts, the F62 is a uniquely productive machine. It is particularly suitable for the economic production of small runs consisting of different contour parts.

The machine is an excellent addition to the established horizontal contour cutting machines (models C56, c57, c66, c67). With the F62 a variety of contours can be cut from PU foam blocks, fibre and PU sheets.

The machine can be configured to handle a wide variety of applications and materials including PU foam sheets laminated with textiles and adhesive-backed materials. In-feed and out-feed conveyors make this machine ideal for a wide range of automatic cutting line applications (see especially W22 + F62 Automatic Cutting Line).

Materials to be cut

Blocks and slabs made from flexible PU foam, PE, "EVA", fiber, bonded foam, materials laminated with textile or self-adhesive foils, felts and similar materials.
