Features:

• Packing of both sofas and armchairs
• Manual or automatic loading (using conveyor belts)
• Packing dimensions min: 800  x  800   x  500mm

                                                    max:2500 x 1300 x 1050mm

• Output 1 - 2 sofas per minute depending on sofa size
• Packing can be done in a sngle film layer or combined with bubble wrap for great protection.
• The equipment can be supplied with a heat shrinkage tunnel to shrink the film, only at the right points. The film remains soft on the upper part (seat) to allow the stacking of the sofas.
• Auto-sizing system managed by PLC
• Side and cross welding bars, using a patented cold system. (no length limits and needs minimal maintenance.
• Continuous production.
• Equipment is suited to use Polyethylene film with a thickness from 25 to 120 micron to give a air tight seal and protect from dust and dirt. (other films may be used please contact us for further information)
